What materials are there for high temperature mesh belts?

Common materials for high temperature mesh belts are sorted by price from low to high. The main materials provided by our mesh belts are 304, 316L, 309, 310S, 314, 2035 and 2080.

1. 304  stainless steel

304: high strength, wear resistance, good gloss; used for cleaning machines, heat treatment hoist belts, drying machine belts, Great Wall belts

2. 316/316L material

316 is resistant to high temperatures of 800 degrees, contains molybdenum, has excellent corrosion resistance and strong antioxidant capacity; it is used in marine engineering, chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, papermaking, dye and other industries; it is often used in the production of Great Wall mesh belts

316L: can withstand high temperatures of 800-1575 degrees, has low carbon content, is corrosion-resistant and rust-proof; it is often used in aluminum brazing furnace mesh belts, drying machine mesh belts, tempering furnace mesh belts, annealing furnace mesh belts

3  309 stainless steel material

309: resistant to high temperature of 900 degrees, contains chromium, nickel and molybdenum elements, so it is corrosion-resistant, acid-resistant, high-strength, good toughness, and cost-effective; suitable for the production of silicon steel mesh belts in the heat treatment industry; suitable for boilers, chemicals, metallurgy and other industries

4 310S material 

310s: resistant to high temperature of 900 degrees, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, acid-resistant and alkali-resistant; used in heat treatment industry, sintering industry, solar photovoltaic, etc.
